If the software you purchased contains critical bugs or defects that prevent it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
If the software is incompatible with your system despite meeting the minimum stated requirements, and troubleshooting efforts do not resolve the issue, a refund may be issued.
If a transaction was made without your authorization (e.g., fraudulent activity), you may request a refund by providing valid evidence of the unauthorized purchase.
If you unintentionally purchase the same software more than once, we may issue a refund for the duplicated charges.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse or changes of preference after purchase.
Not using the software after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds cannot be issued if you choose to stop using the software after a period of successful use.
Products obtained through discounts, promotions, giveaways, or trial programs are non-refundable.

Most Edner products are digital and therefore not returnable. However, if you have received a physical product (e.g., software on CD/DVD), the following return conditions apply:
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
